14.2.2024 : PETALING JAYA : All civil servants will be evaluated under a few Demerit Performance Evaluation System (DEEP) starting this year, according to the Chief Secretary to the Government, Tan Sri Mohd Zuki Ali. Under the new system, everyone will begin with 100 marks at the start of the year, and a failure to meet their key performance index (KPI) or to implement the assigned task will result in a demerit.
