My name is Nur Ainina Binti Mohd Ali, final semester student that currently conducting a survey on the above topic to complete my dissertation as a requirement of Master of Science Facilities Management from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Shah Alam.

This study has three (3) objectives. The objectives of research are listed as the following:
1. To identify the criteria of a good Project Quality Plan.

2. To investigate the recent implementation of Project Quality Plan in Malaysia that helps facilitate asset maintenance management.

3. To evaluate importance of Project Quality Plan amongst Professionals in order to encourage it as a utility tool of asset maintenance management.

All responses are sealed as private and confidential that will only be used within this research. I am truly glad and greatly appreciate for your time in responding to this survey.
