23.5.2022 : THE Malay language has the potential to become Asean's lingua franca with the cooperation of other member countries. Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said the national language had its own unique quality and advantages and is fit to be made one of the official language of Asean.
