8.1 JKT Roles
(A) To review and consider the proposed PPP projects (including Dana Mudah Cara projects) from technical aspects such as project scope, project costs, implementation schedule and other technical requirements;
(B) To review and evaluate the tender / RFP document from the technical aspects;
(C) To review and assess the technical appendix document to the Concession Agreement and the Dana Mudah Cara Agreement draft and further confirm to JKAS that the attachment is in order.8.2 JKT Members
(A) Chairman: Director @ Deputy Director of the Technical Section, UKAS
(B) Secretary: Principal Assistant Director @ Assistant Director of Technical Section, UKAS
(C) Permanent Members: Economic Planning Unit, Prime Minister's Department
Public Works Department or Malaysia Administrative Modernisation and Management Planning Unit
(MAMPU) - depending on the type of project
Specialist Officer UKAS
(D) Invited Members: Implementing Ministry / Agency
